Most people think that "Staging" a house for sale is simply moving your furniture around and removing excess items to make a home seem more spacious, unfortunaely it is not quite that simple, and it is usually quite a daunting task. Our standard service includes all of the target items (listed below) that should be covered when preparing your home for sale. The Firebelly Renovations team can make the entire process of getting your home ready for sale less daunting.

1. Neutralize the décor - By painting your walls neutral colors and by adding or changing out window treatments potential buyers will be able to imagine themselves living in your house and the paint colors that they would choose instead.
2. "De-Clutter" - By packing up excess items and removing personal items you allow the potential buyer to imagine their items in the space instead. Firebelly Renovations will assist you in either storing your items on the premises (shed, garage, etc) or storing your items in a storage unit or a pod.
3. Cleaning - Make your house sparkle, including the windows - buy hiring a cleaning service. We will coordinate with your Realtor to make sure that your house is cleaned just before your home is listed for sale.
4. General Repairs - Items that will trigger a potential buyer to think that the house might have major issues lurking beneath the surface will be fixed if the budget allows. This is one of the more important items when preparing you house for sale as problems give the potential buyer bargaining power to ask for a price reduction.
5. Staging - Of furniture and other household items such as wall hangings, plants, and towels in the bathrooms will be placed to make your house seem more spacious and charming to potential buyers.
6. Curb Appeal - Attract those buyers to your home - draw them in by allowing us to make your home's exterior welcoming. Firebelly Renovations will arrange for lawn service, pruning and fresh plantings if necessary to improve your properties appeal from the street.
